Good Family Life

What does it look like?For me, hanging out with the little tykes teaching ‘em about stuff. Whatever kind of stuff they want to know. I try to answer all questions. Right now my little kids can’t remember that I never answered the question how does lava get out of the volcano. BUT, in the future, I hope to have a question list that we can take to the library or to the internet and get a better description of this stuff.I like music, so, I’d like for them to learn to sing, or play an instrument.I hate sports, so, I’d prefer they did individual stuff, like running or just playing hard outside than be on a team that requires, shoes, bags, balls, and uniforms, parties and snack. Those of you who like sports, GREAT, take little johnny there and watch him and his buddies play chase the ball but I just hate the scene myself. How does a family determine what is good?How do we determine what needs come first?How are priorities set? What is good parenting?Does it vary from kid to kid?If getting a high powered career is important, do we need to prepare our children for high stress, long hours and double duty (only if they are girl children.) or do we continue to teach them piano and art, because it will be the last time they get to do it?
